House prices in an area of Birmingham have risen more than 80% in a year.
In B19 3, median prices were up 85 per cent from £84,000 in 2016 to £155,000 in 2017.
The highest property sold in this postcode was 33 Constitution Hill, Hockley, which fetched £290,000.
The next biggest rise was in B4 6, where prices were up 71 per cent in a year, from a median of £117,000 to £200,000.
B66 2, meanwhile, saw prices rise by 65 per cent to £154,950 and WS3 5 saw prices rise by 60 per cent to £205,000.
